Craftsmen Tribals and weavers are true cultural ambassadors of India who are carry the traditional art of India since ages. They need to be economically supported to keep the basic identity of rich Indian culture .
CSDSE Pvt. Ltd. Is working for social enterprise (Social Entrepreneurship Development) with the objective of providing more focused approach on the integrated socio-economic development of the scheduled tribes (sts), weavers and craftsmen , the most underprivileged of the Indian society in a coordinated and planned manner.
Overall approach is, planning and coordination and execution of programmes for development of tribes , weavers and craftsmen youth.

Handloom
Ours is an organization CSDSE Pvt. Ltd. Ltd with a difference whose main motto is to create new sustainable opportunities of livelihood for the disadvantaged sector of the country and for the empowerment of weavers, artisans, craftsmen in the country.
We stand for the poor people and work towards their self-dependence rather than extending charity towards them. We help to in-build a sense of entrepreneurship, within the artisans and craftsmen, which helps to strengthen their confidence and shapes their thoughts towards economic and social betterment. Our organization stands for the economic minorities and also contributes towards revival and preservation of their art, crafts, culture& heritage.
We are working together with weavers of chanderi of MadhyaPradesh ,taant saari made by tribes of jharkhand , maheswarisaari weavers and many more .

Wooden art by Tribals of Jharkhand
Jharkhand originally a tribal state is known for its wood work, bamboo works, pitkar paintings, tribal ornaments and stone carving. The beautifully carved wood products and bamboo products show the craftsmanship of the people. Lack of promotion and marketing for these products has mostly resulted in extinction of some crafts like paitkar paintings and stone carvings.
Wood craft
Once a dense forest area, Jharkhand with the abundance of wood, resulted in the use this for creating variety of wood articles for household requirements. The artisans of the region were involved in beautifully designing different articles of household use. These include door panels, boxes and windows besides wooden spoons etc. These carved and designed articles are beautiful and has good market both in India and abroad.
Our organization is encouraging them to innovate with their crafts-men ship in producing more relevant items which are contemporary and marketable like ecofriendly utensils, sports items etc.
Bamboo crafts
The bamboo found in the Jharkhand forest are thin but flexible and strong. Using these, the artisans of Jharkhand produce different artifacts like basket, haunting and fishing equipment.
Bronze and Copper idols:
All handcrafted these idols are beautiful and mesmerizing. Every piece is unique and exceptional.
Exporting these items provide economic stability to these artisans and our organization works as bridge between these artisans and the markets abroad.
SPORTS
Tribals are very good in sports. Our organization helps design vocational trainings for these youth in terms of courses like sports goods manufacturing trainings etc. These trainings help them in creating self -employment and thus becoming economically independent.
